Award Winning Cider
Since 1983 we have been hand crafting traditional apple juice and ciders. Our cider has won 3 ‘Best in Class’ awards from Camra. The apple juice has won ‘Best in Class’ from the BBC’s blind tasting too.
We use 100% English apples that are pressed fresh on the farm each week. Apple juice is pasteurised immediately to ensure a minimum of 6 months shelf life without adding any artificial preservatives, thereby maintaining the natural health benefits for our customers.
Cider is produced in Sweet, Medium and Dry between 6.5% to 7.2% ABV. We use traditional methods resulting in a distinctive west country style character with broad appeal. The pressing is from a unique combination of cider and dessert apple varieties which are then naturally yeasted for a longer fermentation and fuller flavour..
